Getting Ready for University Experience

Complete Academic Registration on CUIMS(https://uims.cuchd.in/uims/) by logging in using your Account Number and Password
Check your registered email id for new login credentials i.e. Unique ID and Password

In case email is not visible in inbox, please check the spam folder
Navigate to “Upload Document” to upload the eligibility documents.
Navigate to “Accounts >>Accounts Statement/ Fee Payment” to check the pending dues if any for clearance

If you want to opt for support services like Transportation, Hostel, Shuttle provided by Chandigarh University use the below mentioned links on your CUIMS Account
- Navigate to “Hostel Allocation Request” to fill up the Hostel Request Form (if required)
- Navigate to “Transport Consent Form” to fill up the Transportation Request Form (if required)
- Check the Shuttle Service notice at CUIMS Announcement Section to get information required for local transportation for reaching in the campus.

Log into your CUIMS account to stay up to date on everything going on at the university.
Navigate to “Academics>> Timetable” to Check your Timetable and to reach to the venue of conduct of class
Navigate to “Academics>> Attendance” to Check your Attendance records
In case of any discrepancy in the Attendance records, report immediately to your Class Mentor and HOD
