Policy

REVIEW POLICY

  1. On receipt of a manuscript, the Editorial Board shall screen it to satisfy itself about the conformity of the manuscript with the CULR terms, conditions, and policy.
  2. After screening by the Editorial Board, selected papers will be forwarded to the referees for blind peer review. The referee may accept the manuscript for publication, reject it, or may accept the manuscript for publication with necessary amendments to be made by the author(s).
  3. A manuscript recommended by the referee as fit for publication with necessary amendments (if any), shall be considered for publication after the author submits the amended paper accordingly. The author will be given one week to carry out the suggested changes.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Copyright over all papers published in Chandigarh University Law Review (CULR) shall vest exclusively with Chandigarh University. The submission of a manuscript would imply that the author(s) has/have assigned such rights to Chandigarh University on its publication in Chandigarh University Law Review (CULR).
